If you trick or treat on that street you get to give and get. Pretty cool, huh? There were oodles of walking families streaming down both sides of the street on the sidewalks. Then why would the girl ask to join you with an adult along.... I think it is really laziness, idling along in a car with the heat on, no doubt.
